FishSki provisions Hatch Red Chile, garlic, cheddar mac and cheese. Hatch Red Chile mac: our founder Tania's flavor taste the mountain southwest with New Mexico Hatch Red Chile, famous for a very mild heat level and a unique, subtly sweet yet slightly earthy flavor. To make our mac and cheese all you need to do is boil 2 cups of water with the pasta and peppers. When all the water is absorbed, add the cheese and spice mix and stir vigorously. Packed in recyclable, portable and pack able, weather resistant bags. As always 3% of every sale is donated to local conservation or access efforts that improve fishing and/or skiing. 6 oz, 2 servings per bag.
